Founded in 2003 BSEn is an Alaska Native owned, licensed, bonded, and insured Government Services and General Contractor. We have offices in Kapolei HI, Sacramento CA, Newport News VA, Longview TX, Anchorage and St. Paul Island Alaska. We are an active Small Business Administration 8(a) program participant.
